FUNDS ARE SOLICITED GENERALLY FROM COUNCIL MEMBERS TO BE DISTRIBUTED TO OTHER EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS WHO SPECIALIZE IN AID FOR DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED INDIVIDUALS.
