OHIO DEMOLAY CONCLAVE IS THE ANNUAL STATE MEETING OF THE ORGANIZATION. IT IS WHERE THE NEW OFFICERS ARE ELECTED AND GOALS FOR OPERATING ARE OUTLINED FOR THE NEXT YEAR.
