THE BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF ASSABET VALLEY HAS PROVIDED EDUCATIONAL, CULTURAL, RECREATIONAL, AND VARIOUS OTHER CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN AGES 5 - 18 IN THE MAYNARD, STOW, CONCORD, ACTON, AND SUDBURY, MASSACHUSETTS AREA FOR OVER 40 YEARS. THE ORGANIZATION OFFERS PROGRAMS IN THE AREAS OF AFTER SCHOOL CARE, SUMMER CARE, VACATION CARE, GIRLS' PROGRAMS, SPORTS PROGRAMS, AND FITNESS SERVICES. THESE PROGRAMS SERVICE NOT ONLY THE YOUTH, BUT TEENS AND ADULTS AS WELL. IN ADDITION, THE BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF ASSABET VALLEY OFFERS FACILITY RENTALS FOR GYM SPACE, STUDY SPACE, FUNCTION SPACE, AND KITCHEN.THE ORGANIZATION IS STAFFED WITH PEOPLE THAT ARE CERTIFIED IN CPR/FIRST AID, HAS PARTICIPATED IN EPILEPSY TRAINING, AND HAS CLEARED MASS CORI AND NATIONAL BACKGROUND CHECKS.
