TREE HILL CONDUCTS INFORMAL EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING FOR ELEMENTARY AGE STUDENTS FROM DUVAL AND SURROUNDING COUNTIES. TREE HILL CURRENTLY HAS A CONTRACT WITH DUVAL COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS TO PROVIDE PROGRAMS TO TITLE 1 THIRD GRADE SCHOOLS. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDES ASSISTANCE TO TEACHERS BY COVERING STANDARDIZED TESTING OBJECTIVES (PHOTOSYNTHESIS, HABITATS, ADAPTATIONS, ETC.) THAT WOULD OTHERWISE BE DIFFICULT TO TEACH IN A CLASSROOM ENVIRONMENT. TREE HILL CONDUCTS OFFSITE PROGRAMMING FOR THE JACKSONVILLE ELECTIC AUTHORITY. THE ORGANIZATION PERFORMS ENERGY AND WATER CONSERVATION PROGRAMS.
