THE PCF SUPPORTS ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE IN THE PERALTA COMMUNITY COLLEGES DISTRICT BY BUILDING PARTNERSHIPS IN THE REGION TO RAISE FUNDS FOR BOTH MERIT AND NEEDS-BASED SCHOLARSHIPS FOR STUDENTS TO THE FOUR DISTRICT COLLEGES. PCF ADMINISTERED MORE THAN 100 SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS, PROVIDING HUNDREDS OF STUDENTS IN NEED WITH FINANCIAL SUPPORT, SUPPORTED THE PURCHASE OF BOOKS/SUPPLIES AT THE LIBRARIES OF EACH CAMPUS, AND ADMINISTERED MORE THAN 200 FUNDS FOR ACADEMIC AND ATHLETIC DEPARTMENTS, STUDENT CLUBS AND OTHER COLLEGE INITIATIVES.
