THE PCF SUPPORTS ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE IN THE PERALTA COMMUNITY COLLEGES DISTRIT BY BUILDING PARTNERSHIPS IN THE REGION TO RAISE FUNDS FOR BOTH MERIT AND NEEDS BASED SCHOLARSHIPS FOR STUDENTS TO THE FOUR DISTRICT COLLEGES. PCF ADMINISTED MORE THAN 100 SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS, PROVIDING HUNDREDS OF STUDENTS IN NEED WITH FINANCIAL SUPPORT, SUPPORTED THE PURCHASE OF BOOKS/SUPPLIES AT THE LIBRARIES OF EACH CAMPUS, AND ADMINISTERED MORE THAN 200 FUNDS FOR ACADEMIC AND ATHLETIC DEPARTMENTS, STUDENT CLUBS AND OTHER COLLEGE INITIATIVES.
