TO PROVIDE STUDENTS WHO QUALIFY BASED ON FINANCIAL NEED WITH GRANTS AND LOANS FOR POST SECONDARY EDUCATION. LOANS ARE INTEREST FREE DURING UNDERGRADUATE YEARS AND ACCRUE INTEREST POST-GRADUATION. LOAN PAYMENTS PRINCIPAL AND INTERESTM BEGIN 6 MONTHS POST-GRADUATION. LATE FEES ENCOURAGE PROMPT PAYMENT. AS PAYMENTS ARE RECEIVED FROM LOANS PREVIOUSLY GIVEN THESE FUNDS BECOME AVAILABLE FOR NEW LOANS. FUNDRAISING AND INTEREST EARNED ON CASH IN BANK ADDS TO THE MONEY AVAILABLE IN THE BANK.
