HEALTH CARE DELIVERY AND MANAGEMENT: WELLFLORIDA IS 1 OF 11 LOCAL HEALTH PLANNING COUNCILS IN THE STATE. THE COUNCIL SERVES OVER 1.4 MILLION RESIDENTS IN 16 COUNTIES BY PROVIDING HEALTH CARE SERVICES, EDUCATION AND ADVOCACY FOR CAUSES SUPPORTED BY ITS PROGRAMS, SUCH AS MATERNAL AND INFANT HEALTH, HIV/AIDS, RURAL HEALTH, DIABETES, AND HEALTH CARE FOR THE UNDERINSURED AND UNINSURED.
