Describe the Organization's Program Activity:

Part 3 - Line 4a

THE ATLANTA TIP OFF CLUB ADMINISTERS THE NAISMITH AWARDS AND ANNUALLY HONORS THE TOP NATIONAL PLAYERS, COACHES, OFFICIALS, AND ADMINISTRATORS FOR BASKETBALL EXCELLENCE. WINNERS ARE DETERMINED THROUGH SEPARATE VOTING ACADEMIES. PLAYER OF THE YEAR WINNERS ARE RECOGNIZED DURING THE NCAA FINAL FOUR, WHILE COACHES ARE HONORED AT THE NCAA FINAL FOUR OR ON THEIR COLLEGE CAMPUSES.

WE BEGAN THE 2020 BASKETBALL SEASON WITH GREAT OPTIMISM, GIVEN THAT WE HAD A STRONG CORPORATE PARTNER BASE, AND OUR ACTIVATION PLANS WERE AGGRESSIVE. THAT, ALONG WITH THE NCAA MEN'S FINAL FOUR SCHEDULED TO BE HELD IN ATLANTA MADE FOR A HIGHLY IMPACTFUL SEASONTHEN THE COVID-19 GLOBAL PANDEMIC HIT. THE ABRUPT END OF THE BASKETBALL SEASON, COUPLED WITH A COUNTRY ON LOCKDOWN, DIDN'T SLOW US DOWN. WE PERSEVERED THROUGH THE FINAL FEW WEEKS OF THE SEASON SO THAT WE COULD ENSURE THE VOTING WAS COMPLETE AND THAT WE HAD A MECHANISM IN PLACE TO DETERMINE OUR NATIONAL AWARD WINNERS WE FOUND A NEW PLATFORM TO ANNOUNCE THE WINNERS WITH CBS SPORTS. WITH CITIZEN WATCH CO. DECIDING NOT TO EXTEND ITS CONTRACT, WE AGGRESSIVELY PURSUED A NAISMITH ENTITLEMENT REPLACEMENT AND LANDED JERSEY MIKE'S, BUILDING OFF THEIR SPONSORSHIP OF THE HIGH SCHOOL NAISMITH TROPHY AWARDS. ON THE COMPANY ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS, WE UPDATED OUR BYLAWS AND ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION, THUS PROVIDING GREATER STRUCTURE AND DIRECTION FOR THE CLUB. AND WE FILED AN APPLICATION WITH THE STATE OF GEORGIA FOR THE COMPANY TO BE ALLOWED TO SOLICIT CHARITABLE DONATIONSSOMETHING WE HAD NOT PREVIOUSLY DONE IN OUR EXISTENCE BUT NECESSARY MOVING FORWARD. ADDITIONALLY, WE LAUNCHED A PODCAST, ENHANCED OUR SOCIAL MEDIA ACTIVATION PLANS, AND REDUCED FUTURE EXPENSES BY MOVING OUR COMPANY OFFICES. FINALLY, OUR COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT PROGRAMS REALLY TOOK SHAPE WITH THE CREATION OF THE JERSEY MIKE'S NAISMITH COURAGE AWARD, AND THE YMCA GYM RENOVATION TWO PROGRAMS WE WILL LOOK TO EXPOUND UPON IN 2021. CORPORATE PARTNERS SECURED A 3-YEAR ENTITLEMENT WITH JERSEY MIKE'S ON THE COLLEGE NAISMITH TROPHY. SECURED CITIZEN WATCH TO REMAIN AS A CORPORATE PARTNER, SHIFTING TO THE "OFFICIAL WATCH OF THE NAISMITH AWARDS". EXTENDED REGIONS BANK INTO 2022 TO ALLOW FOR MAKEGOODS FROM THIS YEAR. BOARD OF DIRECTORS THE BOARD REMAINED FLAT WITH THE DEPARTURE OF KERI POTTS (ESPN) BUT THE ADDITION OF JEFF HEMSCHOOT (JERSEY MIKE'S) TO FINISH THIS YEAR WITH 29 MEMBERS.THE LOCAL, REGIONAL AND NATIONAL AWARD WINNERS FROM 2020 AS ANNOUNCED BY THE ATLANTA TIPOFF CLUB:AWARD NAME WINNER SCHOOLNAISMITH WOMEN'S COLLEGE PLAYER OF THE YEAR SABRINA IONESCU OREGONNAISMITH MEN'S COLLEGE PLAYER OF THE YEAR OBI TOPPIN DAYTONNAISMITH WOMEN'S COLLEGE COACH OF THE YEAR DAWN STALEY SOUTH CAROLINANAISMITH MEN'S COLLEGE COACH OF THE YEAR ANTHONY GRANT DAYTONNAISMITH WOMEN'S DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR DIDI RICHARDS BAYLORNAISMITH MEN'S DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR MARCUS GARRETT KANSASNAISMITH OUTSTANDING CONTRIBUTION TO W BASKETBALL N/A (COVID) NAISMITH OUTSTANDING CONTRIBUTION TO M BASKETBALL N/A (COVID) NAISMITH WOMEN'S COLLEGE OFFICIAL OF THE YEAR FELICIA GRINTER NAISMITH MEN'S COLLEGE OFFICIAL OF THE YEAR MIKE EADES NAISMITH GIRL'S HIGH SCHOOL PLAYER OF THE YEAR PAIGE BUECKERS HOPKINS (MN)NAISMITH BOY'S HIGH SCHOOL PLAYER OF THE YEAR CADE CUNNINGHAM MONTVERDE (FL)NAISMITH GIRL'S HIGH SCHOOL COACH OF THE YEAR TERRI BAMFORD LA JOLLA (CA)NAISMITH BOY'S HIGH SCHOOL COACH OF THE YEAR KEVIN BOYLE MONTVERDE (FL)GEORGIA WOMEN'S COLLEGE PLAYER OF THE YEAR ALEXIS POOLE KENNESAW ST.GEORGIA MEN'S COLLEGE PLAYER OF THE YEAR ANTHONY EDWARDS UGAWHACK HYDER WOMEN'S COLLEGE COACH OF THE YEAR NELL FORTNER GA TECHWHACK HYDER MEN'S COLLEGE COACH OF THE YEAR JASON ZIMMERMAN EMORYMISS GEORGIA BASKETBALL RAVEN JOHNSON WESTLAKEMR.
