ART GALLERY - OPERATE ART GALLERY AND BOUTIQUE FOR SALES OF ART BY APPROXIMATELY 80 OF THE 190 MEMBERS. SUNTAN ART CENTER RETAINS A COMMISSION OF 20% TO 30% OF THE SALES AND PAYS THE REMAINING AMOUNT TO THE ARTIST.
ART MART - SUNTAN ART CENTER ORGANIZES A WEEKLY MARKET ON SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS ON A PATIO ALONG THE BEACH. ART MART PROVIDES MEMBERS WITH A VENUE TO SELL THEIR HANDMADE CREATIONS TO BEACH GOERS, TOURISTS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC. THE MEMBERS PAY FOR THE SPACE TO SET UP THEIR DISPLAY AND KEEP ALL THE PROFITS FROM THEIR SALES. SUNTAN ART CENTER PAYS THE CITY RENT FOR THE PATIO SPACE.
