DIRECT SUPPORT OF THE NORTHERN TIER CHILDREN'S HOME, INC. IN PROVIDING A BENEVOLENT, CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM TO CARE FOR, PROTECT, REAR, HOUSE, EDUCATE AND TREAT DEPENDENT, NEGLECTED AND DELINQUENT CHILDREN. THE ALLEN TRUST IS REQUIRED BY ITS GOVERNING INSTRUMENT TO SUPPORT THESE ACTIVITIES OF THE HOME. THE TRUST IS A "SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION" OF A PUBLICLY-SUPPORTED CHARITY AS DESCRIBED IN IRC SECTION 509(A)(3). DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE TRUST'S TRUSTEE
