PUBLICATIONS: A NEWSLETTER IS PUBLISHED QUARTERLY THAT PROMOTES LOCAL HISTORY. APPROXIMATELY 320 MEMBERS RECEIVE THE NEWSLETTER AS A MEMBER BENEFIT. PUBLICATIONS OF BOOKS PROMOTING LOCAL HISTORIES ARE DONE ON OCCASION.
INTERPRETIVE DISPLAYS/PUBLIC EDUCATION/ WEBSITE: THROUGH INTERPRETIVE DISPLAYS USING PHOTOGRAPHS AND ARTIFACTS, THE SOCIETY PROMOTES INTEREST IN LOCAL HISTORY TO APPROXIMATELY 300 STUDENTS, PARENTS AND TEACHERS; 500 MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC VIEW THE SOCIETY'S INTERPRETIVE DISPLAYS AT OTHER VENUES.
