THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY ALLIANCE DEPLOYS EDUCATION, STRATEGIC OUTREACH, AND POLICY INNOVATION TO EXPAND THE MARKET FOR ENERGY EFFICIENCY IN THE MID-ATLANTIC REGION. AS THE LARGEST AND FASTEST-GROWING INDUSTRY IN THE ENERGY SECTOR, OUR EFFORTS ARE FOCUSED ON GROWING A LOCAL WORKFORCE THAT CANNOT BE OUTSOURCED, WHILE REDUCING POLLUTION AND BOLSTERING THE LOCAL ECONOMY.

EEA (FORMERLY KEEF) IS A 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION, INCORPORATED WITH THE PURPOSE OF INCREASING THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY OF PENNSYLVANIA'S BUILDINGS THROUGH EDUCATION AND AWARENESS. EEA EDUCATES THE PUBLIC ABOUT ENERGY CONSERVATION AND EFFICIENCY; PROVIDES FORUMS FOR SHARING BEST PRACTICES; PROVIDES RAPID INFORMATION-EXCHANGE PLATFORMS TO KEEP ABREAST OF ENERGY EFFICIENCY DEVELOPMENTS AS THEY HAPPEN; PROMOTES FEEDBACK MECHANISMS ON MARKET TRANSFORMATION ACTIVITIES IN THE FIELD; AND COORDINATES WITH ITS AFFILIATED STATEWIDE TRADE ASSOCIATIONS, KEEA AND EEA-NJ (KEYSTONE ENERGY EFFICIENCY ALLIANCE AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY ALLIANCE OF NEW JERSEY) TO MONITOR AND SUPPORT ENERGY EFFICIENCY POLICIES, REGULATIONS, AND LEGISLATION AT LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL LEVELS.
