PARENT AND BABY PROGRAM HAS 10 STAFF WHOSE EFFORTS ARE SUPPORTED AND MAGNIFIED BY A LARGE GROUP OF DEDICATED AND FAITHFUL VOLUNTEERS. THE PARENT AND BABY PROGRAMS PRIMARY CONCERN IS FOR THE NEEDS OF PARENTS AND THEIR YOUNG CHILDREN. TRI-CITY LIFE CENTER PROVIDES A 24HR HELPLINE, MATERNITY CLOTHES, FOOD AND FURNISHINGS FOR THE BABY. PARENTS HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO EARN AS THEY LEARN TO ACQUIRE POINTS TO EARN CRIBS, CARSEATS, HIGHCHAIRS, DIAPERS, ETC. THE MAJORITY OF THE CLIENTS HAVE LOW INCOME OR ARE IN POVERTY SITUATIONS. THE GOAL IS TO ASSURE THAT PARENTS HAVE WHAT IS NECESSARY FOR THEIR CHILDREN TO BE RAISED IN HEALTHY, CLEAN AND SAFE HOMES AND TO PROVIDE RESOURCES, EDUCATION AND ENCOURAGEMENT FOR PARENTS TO BECOME SELF-SUFFICIENT. MORE THEN 1,500 CLIENT VISITS OCCURRED WITH 36 BABIES BEING BORN INTO OUR FAMILIES. BABIES RECEIVED 15,660 DIAPERS AND 4,138 FOOD ITEMS AND PIECES OF CLOTHING WERE DISTRIBUTED THROUGH THE LEARN TO EARN
