ST. JOSEPH MEDICAL CENTER FOUNDATION WAS ESTABLISHED IN 1990 AS A CHARITABLE, NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION CREATED TO SUPPORT THE MISSION AND, SPECIFICALLY, THE SERVICES OF ST. JOSEPH REGIONAL HEALTH NETWORK (AKA ST. JOSEPH MEDICAL CENTER). THE FOUNDATION IS A QUALIFIED NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION WHOSE PURPOSES ARE WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. WORKING COLLABORATIVELY WITH THE ST. JOSEPH MEDICAL CENTER BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND THE PARENT CORPORATION, PENN STATE HEALTH, THE FOUNDATION SUPPORTS ST.
