TO OFFER OWNERS OF PIPER AIRCRAFT MANUFACTURED IN LOCK HAVEN, A SOURCE OF COMMUNITY, SHARING OF VITAL RESOURCES AND INFORMATION ON THE USE, PRESERVATION, RESTORATION AND SAFE OPERATION OF THEIR AIRCRAFT IN THE FORM OF EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES TO OWNERS OF VARIOUS OTHER MAKES AND MODELS OF AIRCRAFT AS WELL.
