ICA IS A COMMUNITY OF CLARINETISTS AND CLARINET ENTHUSIASTS WHO: (1) SUPPORT PROJECTS THAT WILL SUPPORT CLARINET PERFORMANCE; (2) PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE EXCHANGE OF IDEAS, MATERIALS, AND INFORMATION AMONG ITS MEMBERS AND THE COMPOSITION, PUBLICATION, RECORDING AND DISTRIBUTION OF MUSIC FOR THE CLARINET; (3) ENCOURAGE THE RESEARCH AND MANUFACTURE OF A MORE DEFINITIVE CLARINET; (4) AVOID COMMERCIALISM IN ANY FORM WHILE ENCOURAGING COMMUNICATION AND COOPERATION AMONG CLARINETISTS AND THE MUSIC INDUSTRY; (5) ENCOURAGE, PROMOTE AND TEACH A WIDE VAREITY OF REPERTOIRE.
