BECAUSE OF THE PANDEMIC, JUDGES FROM AROUND THE WORLD AND VOLUNTEERS JOINED SND VIRTUALLY FOR OUR FIRST-EVER VIRTUAL JUDGING OF OUR ANNUAL COMPETITIONS. THE DIGITAL COMPETITION WAS HELD IN FEBRUARY AND THE PRINT COMPETITION WAS HELD IN LATE MARCH. BOTH EVENTS WERE 3.5 DAYS OF JUDGING FOLLOWED BY AWARDS ANNOUNCEMENTS ONLINE.
CREATED MONTHLY VIRTUAL SERIES: BECAUSE OF THE ONGOING PANDEMIC AND INABILITY TO TRAVEL AND GATHER IN PERSON, SND CREATED A MONTHLY VIRTUAL MEETING SERIES, CREATIVE CONFERENCE CALLS, AS A METHOD TO BRING TRAINING TO OUR MEMBERS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.
