PROVIDES MEDICAL AND DENTAL SERVICES TO THE UNDERINSURED, UNINSURED, AND UNDERSERVED AREAS OF NORTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA. THE CORPORATION OPERATES SEVEN MEDICAL CENTERS, THREE DENTAL CENTERS, AND ONE HOMELESS CLINIC.THE CORPORATION PROVIDES CARE TO PATIENTS WHO MEET CERTAIN CRITERIA WITHOUT CHARGE OR AT AMOUNTS LESS THAN ITS ESTABLISHED RATES. CHARGES FOREGONE, BASED ON ESTABLISHED RATES, FOR SERVICES RENDERED AND SUPPLIES FURNISHED WERE APPROXIMATELY $324,097 IN 2020.CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O.THE CORPORATION RECEIVES FUNDING FROM HHS TO SUPPORT THE HOMELESS PROGRAM, WHICH SERVES A PREDOMINANTLY URBAN POPULATION OF HOMELESS IN AND AROUND THE CITY OF WILKES-BARRE AND THE SURROUNDING GREATER WYOMING VALLEY IN LUZERNE COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA.
