KENCREST CENTERS OWNS RESIDENTIAL AND CHILD CARE CENTERS THAT IT RENTS OUT, BELOW MARKET VALUE, TO OTHER NONPROFIT AGENCIES THAT SERVE INDIVIDUALS WITH OR AT RISK OF DEVELOPING INTELLECTUAL OR DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES OR DELAYS. THE RENTAL PROCEEDS ARE USED TO COVER THE MAINTENANCE OF THE PROPERTIES, TO PAY MORTGAGES, AND TO PAY FOR OTHER OCCUPANCY EXPENSES.
