DELAWARE VALLEY UNIVERSITY (THE "UNIVERSITY") IS A PRIVATE COEDUCATIONAL FOUR-YEAR INSTITUTION LOCATED IN DOYLESTOWN, BUCKS COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA. THE UNIVERSITY WAS FOUNDED IN 1896 AND CURRENTLY ENROLLS OVER 1,500 FULL-TIME UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS. THE UNIVERSITY'S FOCUS IS IN THE AREAS OF HIGH-SCIENCE AGRICULTURE, BIOLOGICAL AND PHYSICAL SCIENCES, LIBERAL ARTS, TEACHER EDUCATION AND BUSINESS.
