HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS AT THE AMERICAN ONCOLOGIC HOSPITAL FOCUS ON DEVELOPING AND PARTICIPATING IN CLINICAL TRIALS TO BROADEN OUR KNOWLEDGE OF CANCER TREATMENTS. OUR MULTIDISCIPLINARY STAFF PROVIDES A COORDINATED APPROACH TO TREATMENT TO BEST MEET THE NEEDS OF EACH PATIENT. SPECIALISTS AT THE AMERICAN ONCOLOGIC HOSPITAL ARE RECOGNIZED NATIONALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY IN ALL AREAS OF CANCER CARE.
THE MISSION OF THE NURSING DEPARTMENT IS TO PREVAIL OVER CANCER BY PROVIDING PATIENT AND FAMILY CENTERED, QUALITY, SAFE, COMPASSIONATE, EXPERT, HOLISTIC, EVIDENCE-BASED NURSING CARE TO ADULT ONCOLOGY PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES.
