TO PROVIDE A MEANS WHEREBY PEOPLE ENGAGED IN THE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY MAY MEET, FRATERNIZE AND DISCUSS MATTERS RELATING TO THE INDUSTRY AMONG THEMSELVES AND WITH THOSE PERSONS WITH WHOM THEY DEAL.
