THE FOUNDATION PUBLISHES A HARD COPY LISTING OF THE INDIVIDUAL SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS IN NOVEMBER FOR THE FORTHCOMING CALENDAR YEAR, AND IN ADDITION IT IS POSTED ON THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE OF THE PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM OF SCOTCH PLAINS-FANWOOD.EACH MEMBER OF A 14 MEMBER COMMUNITY CITIZENS COMMITTEE REVIEW EACH STUDENT APPLICATION INDEPENDENTLY AND ASSIGN AN EVALUATION TO THE APPLICATION OSING A NUMERICAL RATING SYSTEM.THE SCREENING COMMITTEE THEN MEETS AS A GROUP AND PROVIDES A LISTING OF THE RECIPIENTS TO THE TRUSTEES FOR THEIR REVIEW AND APPROVAL.AT THE ANNUAL AWARDS NIGHT HELD IN MAY AT THE SCOTCH PLAINS FANWOOD HIGH SCHOOL THE RECIPIENTS OF THE SCOTCH PLAINS FANWOOD SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION ALONG WITH RECIPIENTS OF AWARDS FROM OTHER LOCAL, REGIONAL, AND NATIONAL DONORS RECEIVE THEIR AWARDS.
