NYSEIA WORKS TO ESTABLISH DIALOGUES WITH LOCAL CODE OFFICALS AND UTILITY COMPANIES TO ASSIST CONSUMERS IN IMPLEMENTING SOLAR TECHNOLOGIES. NYSEIA ASSISTS MEMBER COMPANIES WITH QUESTIONS AND PROVIDES INFORMATION ABOUT CHANGES TO STATE POLICIES.

NYSEIA ENGAGED NYSERDA AND OTHER AGENCIES IN DISCUSSION ON SOLAR INCENTIVE LEVELS, AND PROPERTY TAX. ISSUES AROUND INTERCONNECTION OF SOLAR ENERGY DEVELOPMENT WITH THE GRID REMAINED A PRIORITY.
