RECREATION, ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION AND OUTREACH: LEAD INTERPRETIVE TOURS FOR SCHOOL GROUPS, SCOUTS, AND COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS; HOST EDUCATIONAL EVENTS AND PROGRAMS FOR THE PUBLIC; PROVIDE COMMUNICATIONS THROUGH NEWSLETTERS AND ONLINE MEDIA; PRESENT OUTREACH PROGRAMS; PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR CHILDREN TO LEARN ABOUT NATURE THROUGH THE JUNIOR REFUGE MANAGER PROGRAM; PARTICIPATE IN THE URBAN WILDLIFE REFUGE PARTNERSHIP WITH U.S. FISH AND WILDLIFE SERVICE AND URBAN COMMUNITIES; CONSTRUCT AND MAINTAIN INFRASTRUCTURE FOR VISITOR RECREATION.
