(FOUNDATION) IS A NEW JERSEY NON-PROFIT CORPORATION, INCORPORATED IN 2013. THE FOUNDATION'S ACTIVITIES ARE CONDUCTED AT ITS SOLE LOCATION, 140 ALLEN ROAD IN BASKING RIDGE, NEW JERSEY. THE MISSION OF THE FOUNDATION IS ADVANCING KNOWLEDGE AND ENHANCING OUTCOMES IN EMBRYONIC RESEARCH, DIAGNOSIS, AND EDUCATION.
