THE DISCOVERY CHARTER SCHOOL OPERATES A COMPREHENSIVE TEN-MONTH MIDDLE SCHOOL (SEPTEMBER-JUNE). STUDENTS ATTEND CLASSES FROM 8:45AM TO 4:15PM WHICH IS AN HOUR AND FORTY-FIVE MINUTES LONGER THAN MOST PUBLIC SCHOOLS. THE DISCOVERY CHARTER SCHOOL PROVIDES A FULL RANGE OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES APPROPRIATE FOR GRADE LEVELS 4 THRU 8. THESE SERVICES INCLUDE REGULAR, AS WELL AS SPECIAL EDUCATION AND BASIC SKILLS INSTRUCTION. PARENTS ARE HEAVILY INVOLVED IN SCHOOL ACTIVITIES AND GOVERNANCE. THE CHARTER SCHOOL COMPLETED THE 2022-2023 SCHOOL YEAR WITH AN ENROLLMENT OF 100 STUDENTS.
