AHF CONTINUES TO EVALUATE AND DEVELOP OPPORTUNITIES TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HOUSING TO THE ELDERLY IN UPSTATE NEW YORK THROUGH DIRECT OWNERSHIP AND IN PARTNERSHIP WITH FOR-PROFIT DEVELOPERS TO BUILD HOUSING UITLIZING TAX CREDIT INCENTIVES.
