TO ENHANCE BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF THE FILIPINO CULTURE AND ACTIVITIES. BE OF SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN ORDER TO GAIN FOR THEMSELVES THAT RECOGNITION DUE TO THEM AS AN ETHNIC GROUP IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. TO ENHANCE THE INTEGRATION OF FILIPINOS INTO MAINSTREAM AMERICA BY ENGAGING IN SOCIO-CULTURAL, CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL UNDERTAKINGS.

CULTURAL PARADE AND FESTIVAL - TO CELEBRATE CULTURE AND DIVERSITY AND THE HISTORICAL FRIENDSHIP BETWEEN UNITED STATES AND THE PHILIPPINES. TO SUSTAIN A CLOSER RELATIONSHIP AMONG FILIPINO AMERICANS AND TO PRESERVE THE FILIPINO CULTURAL HERITAGE FOR THE FUTURE GENERATION OF FILIPINO AMERICANS. THE ANNUAL PARADE AND FESTIVAL HELD IN THE MONTH OF JUNE SHOWCASES THE FILIPINO CULTURE TO MAINSTREAM AMERICA THROUGH DECORATED FLOATS, FOLK DANCES, ARTS AND EXHIBITS,ASSORTMENT OF NATIVE DISHES, VARIETIES OF MUSIC, COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS,BUSINESSES AND LOCAL TALENTS. IN 2020 AND 2021, DUE TO COVID19 PANDEMIC THIS PARADE WAS CANCELLED.
MUNICIPAL ALLIANCE AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT-THROUGH GRANT AWARDS FROM THE JERSEY CITY MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT, PAFCOM WAS ABLE TO PROVIDE SUPPORTIVE SERVICES TO ADDRESS THE NEEDS OF FILIPINO YOUTH, FAMILIES, VETERANS AND SENIORS IN JERSEY CITY. THESE INTERGENERATIONAL SERVICES ARE DESIGNED TO FOSTER TRADITIONAL FAMILY AND CULTURAL VALUES. PROVIDE SOCIAL SERVICES TO SENIORS AND HEALTH AWARENESS ACTIVITIES. DELIVERING CONSULAR SERVICES, IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE PHILIPPINE CONSULATE. WORKING WITH APIA VOTE FOR VOTER REGISTRATION CAMPAIGNS AND EDUCATE ON THE IMPORTANCE OF VOTING. DUE TO THE COVID19 PANDEMIC A DELAY IN THESE ACTIVITIES WAS EXPERIENCED BY THE ORGANIZATION.
PAFCOM OFFICERS AND MEMBERS RETREAT TO DEVELOP EACH VOLUNTEERS ABILITY TO ACHIEVE THE ORGANIZATION'S OBJECTIVES AND FOSTER COOPERATION AMONG THE OFFICERS, MEMBERS AND VOLUNTEERS.
