FOUNDED IN 1991 IN HISTORIC EXETER, NH, THE AMERICAN INDEPENDENCE MUSEUM DEVELOPS PROGRAMS, EXHIBITS, TOURS, AND EVENTS THAT ADVANCE A MORE INCLUSIVE UNDERSTANDING OF THE FIGHT FOR INDEPENDENCE. THE MUSEUM IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC FOR VISITS AND TOURS. THE MUSEUM INCLUDES SEVERAL INTERACTIVE PROGRAMS INCLUDING STORYWALKS, ADULT TRAVELING TRUNK, AMERICAN INDEPENDENCE FESTIVAL, BEER FOR HISTORY, HGOLIDAY CELEBRATIONS, AND TAVERN TALKS.
