THE INDEPENDENCE FESTIVAL IS A COMMUNITY EVENT FEATURING MUSEUM TOURS, RE- ENACTMENTS AND COLONIAL CRAFT DEMONSTRATIONS AND GENERAL ADMISSIONS - THE MUSEUM IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AND COLLECTS ADMISSION FEES AND EDUCTAIONAL PROGRAMS WHICH TEACH SCHOOL CHILDREN ABOUT LIFE IN REVOLUTIONARY TIMES.
