OTHER ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN IN ORDER TO SUPPORT THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION. THIS INCLUDES FUNDING BY MEMBERSHIP FEES AND OTHER PROGRAM EXPENSES.
THE ANNUAL FALL CONFERENCE IS THE MAIN GATHERING OF UNITARIAN UNIVERSALIST RELIGIOUS EDUCATORS. LREDA PROVIDES PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS ON TOPICS THAT ARE IMPORTANT IN THE WORK OF OUR MEMBERS, OPPORTUNITIES FOR THEM TO CONNECT WITH COLLEAGUES AROUND THE COUNTRY AND PRESENTATIONS BY PROMINENT EXPERTS IN THE FIELD.
THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY IS THE ANNUAL GATHERING OF UNITARIAN UNIVERSALISTS. LREDA PROVIDES A DAY OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR OUR MEMBERS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING GENERAL ASSEMBLY. FOR ALL GENERAL ASSEMBLY ATTENDEES, LREDA MAINTAINS A PRESENCE BY STAFFING AN INFORMATION BOOTH FOR THE DURATION OF GENERAL ASSEMBLY, PRESENTS WORKSHOPS RELATED TO RELIGIOUS EDUCATION, AND PRESENTS A NOTED SPEAKER ON A TOPIC RELATED TO RELIGIOUS EDUCATION AT THE SOPHIA FAHS LECTURE.
