COVERING ALL OF THE PROJECT'S REAL, PERSONAL, AND INTANGIBLE PROPERTY. THE TRANSACTION CLOSED ON AUGUST 31, 2018, WITH ALL RENTAL OPERATIONS CEASING AS OF THAT DATE.
