LENDING: ACCOUNTS FOR ALL LENDING ACTIVITY RELATED TO THE REHAB LOAN FUND PROGRAM. IN 2023, OUR LENDING DOCUMENTATION SUCCESSFULLY PASSED ALL FEDERAL AND STATE MONITORING AND LICENSING INSPECTIONS. THE LENDING PROGRAM ALSO PROVIDES CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR ALL BORROWERS TO ENSURE THE SCOPE OF WORK MEETS ALL FEDERAL AND STATE REQUIREMENTS.
HOMEOWNERSHIP: ACCOUNTS FOR ALL ACTIVITY RELATING TO FACILITATING THE OWNERSHIP & STEWARDSHIP OF SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES, FACILITATING HOME PURCHASE AND IMPROVEMENT LOANS AND PROVIDING HUD-CERTIFIED HOUSING COUNSELING SERVICES TO LOCAL HOMEBUYERS AND HOMEOWNERS THROUGH THE COMMUNITY LAND TRUST MODEL AND FACILITATING GRANTS TO MULTIFAMILY PROPERTY OWNERS TO MAKE HEALTH AND SAFETY REPAIRS TO APARTMENTS. IN 2023, THE HOMEOWNERSHIP PROGRAM SUCCESSFULLY PASSED ALL FEDERAL AND STATE MONITORING INSPECTIONS. SUPPORT AND SERVICES AT HOME (SASH): SUPPORT SERVICES AT HOME (SASH) IS A COMPREHENSIVE WELLNESS PROGRAM FOR OLDER ADULTS OVER THE AGE OF 65 OR PEOPLE UNDER 65 WITH DISABILITY PROVIDING THEM WITH CARE COORDINATION. SASH PARTICIPANTS ARE SUPPORTED BY A STATEWIDE NETWORK OF SOCIAL-SERVICE AGENCIES AND HEALTH-CARE PARTNERS, INCLUDING NONPROFIT HOUSING ORGANIZATIONS, COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH CENTERS, HOME HEALTH AGENCIES, PRIMARY AND COMMUNITY CARE TEAMS, AND REGIONAL HOSPITALS. PARTICIPANTS RECEIVE INDIVIDUALIZED SUPPORT AT HOME FROM SASH COORDINATORS AND WELLNESS NURSES, WHO TOGETHER WITH THESE PARTNERS HELP SASH PARTICIPANTS AVOID UNNECESSARY HOSPITALIZATIONS AND REMAIN LIVING AT HOME. SUPPORT AND SERVICES AT HOME FOR ALL (SFA): SASH FOR ALL (SFA) PROVIDES A BROAD AND FLEXIBLE SPECTRUM OF SUPPORT AND RESOURCES FOR ADULTS 18 - 64 YEARS OLD. PARTICIPANTS RECEIVE SUPPORT FROM A FULL-TIME SASH COORDINATOR, PART-TIME WELLNESS NURSE AND A PART-TIME SOCIAL EMOTIONAL WELLNESS CLINICIAN TO ADDRESS HEALTH AND WELLNESS GOALS FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR FAMILIES. THE SFA TEAM PROVIDES SUPPORT TO PARTICIPANTS AND COORDINATES SERVICES TO ADDRESS FOOD INSECURITY, SOCIAL ISOLATION, FINANCIAL INSTABILITY, AND MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH CHALLENGES.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: ACCOUNTS FOR ALL ACTIVITY RELATING TO LEASING AND MAINTAINING RENTAL HOUSING UNITS. IN 2023, OUR BUILDINGS AND TENANT DOCUMENTATION SUCCESSFULLY PASSED ALL FEDERAL AND STATE AGENCY MONITORING INSPECTIONS. THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT REORGANIZED TO CREATE A NEW MIDDLE MANAGEMENT POSTION, MANAGER OF LEASING & COMPLIANCE. THIS POSITION OVERSEES TWO PROPERTY MANAGERS, A LEASING AGENT AND THE FRONT DESK COORDINATOR.
HOUSING DEVELOPMENT: ACCOUNTS FOR ALL ACTIVITY RELATING TO ACQUISITION AND REHABILITATION OR CONSTRUCTION OF HOUSING UNITS. IN 2023 WWHT COMPLETED CONSTRUCTION ON THE BELLOWS FALLS GARAGE PROJECT (27 UNITS OF NEW CONSTRUCTION) AND THE CC&P REHABILITATION (26 UNITS OF REHABILITATION). ADDITIONALLY, WWHT CLOSED ON CONSTRUCTION FINANCING FOR CENTRAL & MAIN DEVELOPMENT (25 UNITS) AND BEGAN PRE-FEASIBILITY ON THE CHALET REDEVELOPMENT (~30 UNITS).
