MORNING STAR MINISTRIES OF THE NORTH PENN AREA, INC. ("MSM") CONTINUES TO ACHIEVE ITS EXEMPT PURPOSE THROUGH ASSISTING YOUNG WOMEN WITH HOUSING, MENTORING AND GUIDANCE, LIFE SKILLS, AND NUTRITION DURING THE VERY DIFFICULT TIME OF UNPLANNED PREGNANCY. WE ASSISTED IN THE AREA OF INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS, PARENTING, AND GOAL SETTING. MANY OF THE WOMEN HAVE RECONCILED WITH THEIR PARENTS AND THE BABIES' FATHER. OTHERS MADE DECISIONS ABOUT FINDING NEW HOUSING, AND PROVIDING A MEANS OF SUPPORT FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR CHILD. WE ASSISTED YOUNG WOMEN DELIVER THEIR HEALTHY BABIES AND LEARN THE SKILLS REQUIRED TO SUCCEED IN THEIR NEW LIVES AS PARENTS. OTHERS FOUND LOCAL JOBS AND RECONCILED WITH THEIR PARENTS AND/OR CHILD'S FATHER.
