THE ASSOCIATION IS A MEMBERSHIP ORGANIZATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS OF PUBLIC HOUSING AUTHORITIES WHOSE PURPOSE IS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY AND MANAGEMENT OF ASSISTED HOUSING PROGRAMS THROUS SEMINARS, WORKSHOPS AND THE REPRESENTATION OF PUBLIC HOUSING EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD) AND THE CONGRESS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
