SECURED INTRODUCTION AND PASSAGE OF A LAW REQUIRING MEDICAID TO PROVIDE COVERAGE FOR NON-HOSPITAL DETOXIFICATION, REHABILITATION AND HALFWAY HOUSES IN THE CONTINUUM OF COVERED ADDICTION TREATMENT SERVICES. 3. DEVELOPED AND IMPLEMENTED A STATEWIDE AND NATIONAL STRATEGY TO SAFEGUARD KEY PROVISIONS OF ACT 106 OF 1989 AND ACT 152 OF 1988. 4.
