THE COMMUNITY HOSPICE FOUNDATION RECEIVES, MAINTAINS, AND DISTRIBUTES FUNDS EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES OF THE COMMUNITY HOSPICE, A RELATED TAX-EXEMPT ORGANIZATION. THE FOUNDATION ORGANIZES MANY ANNUAL FUNDRAISERS INCLUDING THE COMMUNITY HOSPICE CHARITY GOLF CLASSIC, THE "TOUCHED BY AN ANGEL" DINNER GALA, SWINGING ON A STAR AND WALK FOR HOSPICE. ADDITIONALLY, THE FOUNDATION ORGANIZES AND SUPPORTS "THE WISH FUND" TO PROVIDE PATIENTS WITH SPECIAL ATTENTION TO MAKE A WISH COME TRUE.
