THE JAMES A. EDDY MEMORIAL GERIATRIC CENTER OFFERS AN 80-BED SKILLED NURSING CENTER AND ASSISTED LIVING IN 67 APARTMENTS LOCATED IN TROY, NEW YORK. THE SKILLED NURSING CENTER PROVIDES THERAPY, DENTAL, OPTOMETRY, PODIATRY, SOCIAL WORK COUNSELING, HOUSEKEEPING AND PERSONAL LAUNDRY, RELIGIOUS SERVICES, FAMILY SUPPORT GROUPS, AND VARIOUS ACTIVITIES BOTH ON AND OFF SITE. THE ASSISTED LIVING UNITS PROVIDE HELP WITH THE ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING, AS WELL AS HEALTH RELATED SERVICES TO THEIR RESIDENTS.
