WE HELP PEOPLE WHO ARE STRUGGLING WITH HOMELESSNESS OR ARE AT RISK OF HOMELESSNESS TO ACHIEVE SELF-SUFFICIENCY.

THE TRIAGE/SHELTER PROGRAMS PROVIDE EMERGENCY SHELTER RELIEF, DAILY NUTRITIONAL MEALS, CASE MANAGEMENT AND EXTENSIVE SOCIAL SERVICES TO HOMELESS FAMILIES, INDIVIDUALS AND TEENS. THE SHORT-TERM HOUSING PROGRAMS PROVIDE SHORT-TERM RENTAL ASSISTANCE AND STABILIZATION SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES MOVING INTO PERMANENT HOUSING.
THE PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING PROGRAM PROVIDES AFFORDABLE HOUSING TO FORMERLY HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES. THE AGENCY OWNS, RENTS AND MANAGES THE UNITS IN THIS PROGRAM.
THE TENANCY PRESERVATION AND PREVENTION PROGRAM ASSISTS FAMILIES TO MAINTAIN THEIR HOUSING AND PROVIDES SUPPORT SERVICES TO PREVENT HOMELESSNESS.
