TO RECEIVE AND MAINTAIN FUNDS FOR THE PROVISION OF AND TO ENGAGE IN A CHARITABLE PROGRAM FOR THE DONATION OF, MEDICINE, TRANSPORTATION, HOUSING, FOOD OR OTHER EMERGENCY NEEDS TO RESIDENTS OF THE AFOREMENTIONED AREA WHO DEMONSTRATE NEED AND ELIGIBILITY. TO CONTRIBUTE TO AND SPONSOR VARIOUS CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS IN COMBATING POVERTY.
