WE ARE A TEACHERS ASSOCIATION OF 900 MEMBERS OF TEACHERS FOR THE SCHOOL DISTRICT OF LANCASTER. WE PROVIDE SERVICES FOR OUR MEMBERS IN THE REPRESENTATION IN ANY LABOR ISSUES AND IN NEGOTIATING CONTRACTS FOR SALARY AND BENEFITS FOR THE BARGAINING UNIT. ALL OUR DUES COLLECTED EACH GO TO PROVIDING THESE SERVICES. WE HAVE AN EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE THAT IS MADE UP OF A PRESIDENT AND 2 VICE PRESIDENTS AND RECORDING SECRETARY AND CORRESPONDING SECRETARY AND TREASURER AND TWO REPS AT LARGE. WE ALSO HAVE 50 BUILDING REPS THAT HELP WITH LABOR RELATED ISSUES IN OUR DIFFERENT BUILDINGS.
