EDUCATION AND ADVOCACY: THE ORGANIZATION SUPPORTS THE CHILD CARE PROVIDER COMMUNITY, PARENTS AND OTHERS INTERESTED IN CHILD CARE ISSUES BY PROVIDING TRAINING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AS WELL AS ADVOCATING FOR CHILDREN AND PARENTS TO BE KNOWLEDGEABLE CONSUMERS.
