THE CENTER PROVIDES RESIDENTIAL, MEDICAL AND HEALTH SERVICES TO ELDERLY PERSONS BY OPERATING A 210 LICENSED BED LONG-TERM CARE FACILITY CONSISTING OF SUBACUTE, SKILLED NURSING AND RESIDENTIAL CARE BEDS. IN 2021 WE PROVIDED 49,782 DAYS OF CARE TO 326 RESIDENTS.
THE CENTER OPERATES A 150-UNIT RESIDENTIAL INDEPENDENT LIVING APARTMENT COMPLEX FOR SENIORS.
THE CENTER OPERATES CONGREGATE SERVICES. THE CENTER PROVIDES FOOD AND OTHER SUPPORT SERVICES TO ITS APARTMENT TENANTS.
