IT IS AN ACUTE CARE FACILITY WITH 319 BEDS COMPRISED OF 288 ACUTE CARE, 17 PHYSICAL REHABILITATION AND 14 SPECIAL CARE NURSERY BASSINETS. IN FY2021, PATIENT DAYS TOTALED 64,681 AND OUTPATIENT VISITS/ENCOUNTERS TOTALED 141,337. PLEASE REFER TO SCHEDULE O FOR THE ORGANIZATION'S COMMUNITY BENEFIT STATEMENT.
