THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES SENIOR HOUSING AND HEALTHCARE SERVICES THROUGH SEVERAL AREAS OF RETIREMENT SETTINGS; RETIREMENT LIVING APARTMENTS AND COTTAGES, ASSISTED (COMPREHENSIVE PERSONAL CARE) LIVING, LONG TERM NURSING SERVICES, SHORT TERM REHABILITATION, AND RESPITE CARE. IN ADDITION, THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES SUPPORT THROUGH HOSPICE (END-OF-LIFE) CARE SERVICES.THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES NURSING CARE, PERSONAL CARE, RETIREMENT LIVING AND HOSPICE SERVICES TO RESIDENTS WHO MEET CERTAIN CRITERIA AT AMOUNTS LESS THAN ITS COST OF PROVIDING CARE.
