NCLP IS A LEGAL DEFENSE ORGANIZATION WHICH FOCUSES ON THE PROTECTION AND PROMOTION OF RELIGIOUS FREEDOM, THE SANCTITY OF LIFE, TRADITIONAL MARRIAGE, PARENTAL RIGHTS, AND OTHER CIVIL LIBERTIES.

WORKPLACE RELIGIOUS ACCOMODATION PROTECTED FOR EMPLOYEES REGARDING EMPLOYER VACCINE MANDATES INVESTIGATED AND SUCCESSFULLY PROSECUTED CLAIMS OF RELIGIOUS DISCRIMINATION, HARASSMENT, AND RETALIATION BY EMPLOYERS WHO REFUSED TO REASONABLY ACCOMODATE THE SINCERELY HELD RELIGIOUS BELIEFS OF EMPLOYEES RELATED TO VACCCINE MANDATES, IN VIOLAITON OF BOTH FEDERAL AND STATE LAW. THE NCLP RESOLVED THE CASES OF THREE NURSES EMPLOYED BY SHARP HEALTHCARE AND ONE NURSE EMPLOYED BY SAN DIEGO COUNTY. THE NCLPS DEAN BROYLES ALSO SERVED AS LEAD COUNSEL IN GIANNA V. SHARP HELATHACARE, A WORKPLACE RELIGIOUS ACCOMODATION CIVIL RIGHTS LAWSUIT FILED ON BEHALF OF FRONTLINE HEALTHCARE..


KEY RELIGIOUS FREEDOM AMICUS BRIEF FILED AT SCOTUS THE NCLP FILED AN AMICUS BRIEF OF SCHOLARS OF FAMILY AND SEXUALITY IN SUPPORT OF PETITIONER LORIE SMITH AT THE U.S. SUPREME COUIRT IN 303 CREATIVE, LLC V. ELINIS. THE BRIEF SUPPORTS CONSITUTIONALLY PROTECTED FREEDOM OF SPEECH, WHICH ALSO INCLUDED RELIGIOUS SPEECH. NOTE MS. SMITH PREVAILED IN A LANDMARK SPEECH RULING FOR RELIGIOUS BUSINESSES AT THE U.S. SUPREME COURT.


CHURCH OF COMPASSION V. CALIF DEPT OF SOCIAL SERVICES THE CDSS UNLAWFULLY WITHDREW FEDERAL FOOD PROGRAM FUNDING FOR POOR IMMIGRANT STUDENTS AT A CHURCHS PRE-SCHOOL AFTER A CHRISTIAN CHURCH DECLINED TO CHANGE ITS PERSONNEL POLICY HANDBOOK AND OTHER PRACRTICES TO COMPLY WITH NEW CDSS SEXUAL ORIENTATION AND GENDER INDEMNITY NON-DISCRIMINATION MANDATES. THE NCLP SUBMITTED A DEMAND LETTER/APPEAL TO CDSS. A FEDERAL CIVIL RIGHTS LAWSUIT FOR CDSS VIOLATION OF THE CHURCHS FIRST AMENDMENT PROTECTION FOR THE FREE EXERCISE OF RELIGION IS EXPECTED IF CDSS DOES NOT RELENT. NOTE THE CDSS WOULD CAPITULATE, AFTER THE NCLP AND OTHERS FILED A FEDERAL CIVIL RIGHTS COMPLAINT AND MOTION FOR PRELIMINARY INJUUNCTION 2023.
