JOB READINESS PROGRAM - PROVIDE 2 WEEKS OF CLASSROOM TRAINING AND SOFT SKILLS DEVELOPMENT TO MEN AND WOMEN RETURNING TO THE COMMUNITIES TO PREPARE THEM FOR LONG TERM EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES. DURING THE FISCAL YEAR, THESE SERVICES WERE OFFERED TO 450-500 INDIVIDUALS.
MENTORING PROGRAM: PROVIDE GROUP AND 1-TO-1 MENTORING SERVICES TO ADULT MEN AND WOMEN WHO ARE RETURNING TO THE COMMUNITY FOLLOWING INCARCERATION. DURING THE FISCAL YEAR, 550 INDIVIDUALS RECEIVED MENTORING SERVICES.
EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM: EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES ARE PROVIDED TO ADULT MEN AND WOMEN WHO HAVE BARRIERS TO EMPLOYMENT DUE TO A HISTORY OF ADDICTION OR INCARCERATION. DURING THE FISCAL YEAR, 95 EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES WERE PROVIDED, WITH 33 INDIVIDUALS OBTAINING LONG-TERM PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT.
FAMILY PROGRAM: A PROGRAM THAT WAS CREATED IN ORDER TO SUPPORT THE FAMILIES OF THOSE INCARCERATED. A TOTAL OF 40 FAMILIES WERE SERVED. THERE WERE ALSO 50 CHURCHES THAT WERE PROVIDED SUPPORT TO BECOMING A RESTORATIVE HOPE CHURCH FOR FAMILIES.
