THE ACMA LED THE MAILING INDUSTRY EFFORTS TO PASS POSTAL SERVICE REFORM ACT INTO LAW TO ADDRESS USPS FINANCES, COST STRUCTURE, AND SERVICES, THEREBY MAKING POSTAL MAIL DELIVERY A CONTINUOUSLY PROFITABLE MARKETING CHANNEL FOR MERCHANTS.
ACMA AGGRESSIVELY ADVOCATED FOR THE ELIMINATION OF TWICE-A-YEAR POSTAGE INCREASES, WHILE WORKING TOWARDS FEDERAL CONSUMER DATA PRIVACY AND REMOTE SALES TAX COLLECTION BILLS IN CONGRESS.
