AS THE CHARITABLE ARM OF THE FIDALGO ISLAND ROTARY CLUB, WE UTILIZE A GLOBAL NETWORK OF ROTARIANS WHO INVEST THEIR TIME, MONEY AND EXPERTISE INTO CHARITABLE PROJECTS. THE FOUNDATION TRANSFORMS CHARITABLE GIFTS INTO PROJECTS THAT CHANGE LIVES BOTH CLOSE TO HOME AND AROUND THE WORLD. GLOBAL WORK INCLUDES PROJECTS SUCH AS ERADICATING POLIO AND PROMOTING PEACE. FOUNDATION GRANTS ASSIST ROTARIANS TO APPROACH CHALLENGES SUCH AS POVERTY, ILLITERACY AND MALNUTIRTION WITH SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS THAT LEAVE A LASTING IMPACT.

THE FOUNDATION AWARDS GRANTS AND SCHOLARSHIPS TO WORTHY ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY INCLUDING GRADUATING HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS WHO ARE FURTHERING THEIR EDUCATION SEEKING TECHNICAL DEGREES.
THE FOUNDATION SUPPORTS PROJECTS IN LATIN AMERICA IN MOST ASPECTS OF INTERNATIONAL AID, INCLUDING EDUCATION, HEALTH, WATER, CONSTRUCTION, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND DISASTER RELIEF.
