NORTH GWINNETT COOPERATIVE, INC.: NORTH GWINNETT COOPERATIVE'S MISSION IS TO BRIDGE THE GAPS FOR CRITICAL NEEDS OF FAMILIES OR INDIVIDUALS AND PROVIDE SERVICE TO AID IN FINDING A PATH TO SELF-SUFFICIENCY, THROUGH SUPPORT WITHIN OUR COMMUNITY. THE PURPOSES OF OHS'S GRANT OF 82,975 WAS TO BUILD A SECOND BLESSINGS THRIFT STORE.
BRIGHT FUTURES ATLANTA: BFA'S MISSION IS TO PROMOTE THE SPIRITUAL, ACADEMIC AND PHYSICAL GROWTH OF ITS YOUTH PARTICIPANTS AND THEIR FAMILIES THROUGH YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMS. THE ORGANIZATION'S ACTIVITIES AND GUIDANCE ARE AIMED AT INSTILLING A PASSION FOR LEARNING RESULTING IN LASTING SOCIAL CHANGE. THE PURPOSE OF OHS'S GRANT OF 67,500 TO BRIGHT FUTURES ATLANTA WAS TO BUILD AN AFTER SCHOOL AND SUMMER OUTDOOR PROGRAM.
